The main residence has five bedrooms while the Carriage House has two more along with its own living area and full kitchen. Every bedroom also has a private full bath en suite. Boasting an exceptional vantage point overlooking a sugary dune and panoramic views of the sparkeling Gulf of Mexico. The villas upper level has a wraparound covered veranda and the first floor has a columned open porch facing a spacious sundeck. The sundeck is centered on a pool near stairs that lead down to the white sandy beach.
The wide-open living area offers an understated coastal elegance combined with comfort and tasteful touches throughout. A wall of windows facing the beach brightens this spacious room. Two plush tanned couches and accent armchairs face a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. One of the sofas conveniently doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding - The formal dining table sits adjacent to the white custom kitchen which features a sleek granite-topped bar, four raised leather seats, and all appliances for creating fun culinary delights.
