Welcome to the ultimate vacation rental in Grayton Beach! Nestled in one of the most sought-after beachfront locations on 30A, this luxurious home offers stunning views of the Gulf, Western Lake, and downtown Grayton.
Step inside to find a welcoming interior with refinished floors, vaulted ceilings with wood inlay, and an open floor plan that comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. Large windows and glass panel doors throughout the home provide plenty of natural light and breathtaking views of the emerald Gulf waters.
The ground floor features a 2-car garage and exterior parking for up to 6 vehicles, ensuring ample space for you and your guests.
On the second floor, you’ll find a game room with a pool table and direct access to the pool deck. This level includes four bedrooms: a king suite, two king guest rooms, and a queen guest room. Three of the bedrooms have outdoor decks perfect for enjoying the views. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor.
The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living-dining area with French doors that open to unforgettable Gulf views. The dining table seats 8-10 guests, with additional seating for four at the bar. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end Viking appliances and ample kitchenware. This level also includes a master suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another laundry room.
The fourth-floor loft area is a private oasis with a king bed, two twins, and a trundle bed. The full bath, walk-in closet, and reading nook overlooking the living area below make this the perfect spot for a quiet retreat. The balcony views from this level are simply breathtaking.
Grayton Beach is a laid-back, organic beach town with old-style wooden beach bungalows and narrow streets lined with live oaks.
