Down the hall, a second room on the ground floor features two triple bunks that are queen-sized, sleeping 12. A bathroom with walk-in shower lies just outside the bunk room; a full-size washer and dryer on the ground level make getting those beach towels washed a breeze.

Upstairs on the second floor, a cathedral ceiling soars over the living area where quiet coastal colors make a backdrop for the brilliant colors of the Gulf as seen from the expansive windows. The adjacent 6 seat dining table provides the perfect spot to feast on the catch of the day, play a board game with the family or just join in on the living room conversation. The main kitchen is also on this level and is fully equipped. A queen size bedroom offers a quiet place to rest and is adjoined by a bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.
