The separate Carriage Suite also comes with its own kitchen and bathroom for those members of the group that benefit from a little more privacy. Walk through the entrance of the open courtyard (complete with it's own heated pool) and access the modern, open-plan living and dining room ideal for family gatherings. Get cozy around the Natural Gas Fireplace, or gather around the large kitchen table (with plenty seating for eight), or the Breakfast Bar (with seating for seven) for family meals. The kitchen is a cook's dream! The Kitchen, top of the liner Stainless Steel and brilliant white marble counter-tops makes even the kitchen a delight to gather in.

The First Floor Master Suite is beautifully appointed and furnished with a California King Bed , a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Upstairs, each bedroom also enjoys a private bathroom each with a walk-in shower with the exception of the bunk-room (which is paired with a Shower-tub combo in its private bath). Two of these bedroom's have access to a large covered balcony, with views of the private courtyard below .

The separate Carriage House on the opposite side of the courtyard. With it's own Living Room (complete with a pullout couch) and full-sized kitchen as well as a Queen Bedroom, with it's own private bathroom (and another Walk-in Shower).

The Main home also has a spacious laundry room, with Washer and Dryer across the hall from the Powder Room on the first floor and all bedrooms rooms have t.v.s.

Beach access is the San Juan Neighborhood Beach Access at the intersection of Scenic 30A and Scenic 395, approximately 0.2 miles (or an 5-8 minute walk) from the home.
