Sleeps 12 adults and 4 children comfortably (3 kings, 2 queens, 1 double, a set of bunks adjoining the master suite, and 2 twin beds in the carriage house). Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The spacious king master suite with adjoining kids’ bunk room, features hardwood floors and a vaulted paneled ceiling. The master spa bath is finished in marble and glass mosaic tile, with twin vanities, a walk-in shower, a garden tub, and a large walk-in closet. A second master suite with a king bed and private bath, along with two bedrooms joined by a Jack-and-Jill bath, complete the second floor. The community's tennis and basketball courts are across the street, and one of two pools only steps away. And, there’s plenty of off-street parking for multiple cars. Beach access and the great shops and restaurants of Seaside are an easy bike ride on one of the 4 adult bikes provided, or a short walk - or a quick trip on the golf cart.
