About this home
This gracious four-bedroom vacation home easily accommodates up to 16 happy beach-going guests with the use of multiple beds, trundles, bunks, and sleeper sofas. It has an excellent location in the heart of highly sought after Miramar Beach, just a short stroll away from the sugary shoreline and glittering jewel-toned waters of the glowing gulf. This duplex was completed with the use of exceptional upgrades like a high tray ceiling in the Master Bedroom, oversized tile along with rich hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
You will love the spacious feel of this rental with rich parchment tiled flooring that flows throughout the open Great Room that graciously incorporates the living, kitchen, and dining areas. A latte toned leather couch and two love seats, all with sleeper sofas, provide a warm, comfortable seating ensemble that faces a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Five chrome-based stylish Vintage Modern raised chairs with dark ebony seating are alongside a wide granite-topped bar where favorite drinks and savory snacks may be easily served. The fabulous kitchen has creamy white custom cabinetry and modern appliances that may inspire the creation of culinary delights. A dining table in a sunny nook has six stylish high backed chairs and a unique bench for seating. A covered terrace outdoors includes a gas grill and an upscale table with six chairs to enjoy some delightful meals al fresco. A nicely appointed king-sized bedroom is also on this level which utilizes a full hall bath off the entryway foyer.
Guest quarters on the second floor include the primary Master Bedroom for parents with a little one since it has a comfortable king sized bed, a baby crib in an adjoining large walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bath.
