From the moment you arrive and view the awesome three-story facade, you’ll know you’ve found your beach vacation paradise. With panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Allen Lake, it will transport you and your family directly into the beach holiday of your dreams. Sleeping up to seventeen people, this is the ideal South Walton beach house for family reunions, wedding parties, girls’ getaways, guys’ weekends or any other combination of friends and family you can dream up!
The massive open-concept living and dining area features crisp white shiplap with pops of beachy aqua accents. Multiple sliding glass doors lead out to the deck, giving you sweeping views of both the turquoise waves of the Gulf and the calm, indigo oasis of Allen Lake. The kitchen is a chef’s best dream with polished granite countertops, sparkling stainless steel appliances, and a porcelain farm sink. The grand dining table with gulf view comfortably seats 12 and the peninsula bar seats 4. It’s the perfect spot for everyone to plan their day over morning muffins and coffee— or gather together before dinner for chips, dips and mojitos.
This rental has enough luxurious square footage so that— even with a large group— there is still plenty of privacy. Decorated in soothing neutrals, soft teals, and painted shiplap, the six bedrooms offer tons of flexible sleeping options for your happy campers. Four of the six bedrooms feature king size beds, three of which have ensuite bathrooms. The two additional bedrooms have charming bunk bed set-ups that are great fun for the kids. Each of the six bedrooms features a 42” flatscreen TV.
