Set directly along the Gulf in Miramar Beach, this expansive three-story vacation home brings groups of up to 32 guests together for days filled with sand, swimming, sunsets, and easygoing coastal fun. Direct beach access leads from the back of the property to the shoreline, while a private Gulf-front pool and separate sitting spa create another inviting place to unwind beside the water.

The first floor is designed for entertainment. A spacious game room features a pool table, shuffleboard table, poker table, wet bar, and theater-style recliners arranged around a 75-inch television. Guests can move easily between indoor games and the outdoor pool area, where pool volleyball, an indoor-outdoor Sonos sound system, outdoor showers, and the sitting spa support relaxed afternoons and lively evenings.

On the second floor, an open great room frames Gulf views and gives the group a comfortable central gathering place. Soft seating, an 85-inch television, and a Sonos soundbar make the living area well suited to movie nights or quiet time after the beach. Large windows and access to the waterfront balcony keep the coastal setting at the center of the experience.

The gourmet kitchen and generous dining spaces make shared meals convenient for a large group. Seating for 19 is distributed between the dining table and two bars.
