It is situated along the Little Bay area of South Sound. That puts it within a designated marine sanctuary and lets you enjoy views of entirely untouched and undeveloped mountains and seacoast.
A world all its own, the five bedroom property is surrounded by a lush, natural landscape as well as large areas of lavishly manicured gardens. These frame one end of the pool terrace and give you dashes of color and beauty at all times. The heart of the villa is the pool terrace that is tucked behind the main villa, but still offers amazing sea and island views. A wedge shaped pool with an infinity edge is at one corner. It is framed on three sides by natural stone terrace, sun decks and a sunken bar and barbecue area. Along the fourth edge is the smaller cabin that contains a single luxurious bedroom.
Bold color dominates this stylish property, and the multi-story villa is painted in a delicious lime green. It offers an abundance of outdoor and indoor living spaces. There are several sun decks and covered porches. Furnished as al fresco dining or living areas, they will be a constant source of delight.
