The alfresco bar, complete with a second full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink, glasses, and beach coolers, is ideal for dinner parties and just so convenient to the pool and the large gas barbecue grill. Sliding glass doors on three sides of the Great Room invite you to the alfresco bar, outside dining area, pool, and covered lounging areas where delightful tradewinds and spectacular Caribbean sea views leave you in true awe.

The upper floor is home to 3 bedrooms furnished with a stylish blend of wicker and antiques. From the Great room, guests are escorted via an interior spiral staircase to the lower level hallway, leading to two additional beautifully appointed bedrooms and the pathway that leads out to the beach.

There is an onsite caretaker who resides in a studio apartment with a separate entrance and exit from the main house. The caretaker does not share any space with the guests and is respectful of guest privacy and is to be available to immediately address any maintenance or service issues.
