Extensive renovations in October 2023 have transformed this vacation villa into a beautiful, family-friendly retreat with all the comforts of home. Enjoy stunning waterfront views from the spacious lanai, relax in the updated living room, and unwind in the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed. With 2 full bathrooms and a queen Murphy bed in the living room, this villa comfortably accommodates parties of 4.
The well-equipped cook’s kitchen features a stunning island with comfortable seating. For families with children, the villa offers an array of amenities including a pack-and-play, high-chair, baby beach tent, and sand toys. Beach essentials such as a beach cart, sand chairs, beach umbrellas, and surfboards are provided for your convenience. Plus, there are plenty of toys, games, and puzzles for after-beach fun.
Situated on the first floor, this villa boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. Admire the art from local island artists in the cozy living room. The villa features a brand-new king bed in the master bedroom and a brand-new queen Murphy bed in the living room. The en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, while the second bathroom is perfect for children with a bathtub and handheld shower.
As this complex has completed hurricane remediation efforts, it is ready to host its first visitors. However, there may still be construction in the area, though it will not affect guests' access to the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators are expected to be available in early 2024.
Guests have access to amenities at a complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all beaches and grounds. The unit is conveniently located within a ten-minute walk to downtown Captiva Village, offering great dining options at places like the Bistro and much more.
While greater resort amenities are not included, beach gear is provided for guests to use during their stay.
The unit is ideally situated only a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or explore the esteemed Captiva beaches nearby.
