Welcome to this villa, located on the beautiful island of Captiva within a renowned resort. This corner unit is situated in the desirable South Point area, offering stunning views of Pine Island Sound and the Marina. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the Captiva town center, renowned restaurants, and shops.
This Captiva Island vacation rental is part of the Bayside neighborhood, providing access to amenities such as an elevator, coin-operated washers and dryers, beach access, a hot tub, a community pool, and BBQ grills. The beach is easily accessible on foot.
This well-appointed villa can be configured as two separate living spaces or combined into one large living area.
