About this home
This Captiva Island vacation rental is spectacular. Returning guests love the Gulf of Mexico Views and the wonderful community amenities. The open floor plan creates a marvelous gathering space after a long fun day at the beach. The large chef quality kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make the perfect meal or prepare quick beach snacks. The first floor features two spacious bedrooms overlooking tropical grounds. The first bedroom has a plush king bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed with a flat-screen TV. They share the spacious guest bathroom. The second floor is home to the additional two bedrooms. The Gulf facing bedroom has amazing views from the corner window a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The Bay facing bedroom has bunk beds with a comfortable queen on the bottom along with a twin on the top. Both bedrooms share the large guest bath with shower and tub.
This four unit Gulf to Bay Complex enjoys a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, picnic area, and boat dock. The dock has electricity, water and can accommodate a 26-foot boat. Please contact your Emerald Kite agent to reserve and check on docking fees.
