Sunning views of the beach from this amazing three bedroom/three bathroom private vacation home The Beach House offers under 3,000 square feet of living space including a separate loft on the upper level of the home.The Master bedroom is on the lower level with a King bed, flat panel TV, and master bathroom with bath tub and walk in shower. There is also a screened in porch with gorgeous gulf and beach views The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds, flat panel TV.a bathroom just down the hallway offers a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with additional seating for three. The open dining area offers seating for six. The Living room has sliding doors that that lead out to large screened in lanai with tables, chairs and loungers offering our guests wonderful direct beach views. The Upper Level of the home is where the third bedroom has two twins beds, flat panel TV, large closet and bathroom with tub/shower combination. The bonus room is a Loft area with a work desk and seating for two and opens up to the upper level balcony offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.The home offers access to the community pool shared with five other privately owned homes, as well as BBQ Grills and Tennis Courts and a seven night minimum stay is required.
