This super Captiva five bedroom vacation rental is located on the Islands Bayside and boasts boat dockage with direct access out to Roosevelt Channel. This popular five bedroom, four and a half bathroom vacation home can accommodate up to 14 guests more than comfortably. The private, screened in pool makes for great swimming and dining outside, Florida style. The homes main floor offers guests a large open living space with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and offers up plenty of space to enjoy family gatherings. A larger than average dining room provides inside seating for ten guests. The master bedroom suite is beautifully decorated and offers a king bed, screened in porch, walk-in closet, and spa-quality bathroom with soaking tub, shower, double sink and dressing table. The 2nd guest bedroom is well appointed and furnished with a queen and twin bed. Upstairs also enjoys a private guest suite with a queen bed, a twin bed and a separate room with two twins. A terrific feature of this home is the fully furnished lower level which is set up as a separate apartment furnished with a queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, private dining area and living area with an extra daybed and trundle. The apartment has its own ground floor entrance to ensure privacy. Finally, there is also a large recreation room with a full-size pool table and large TV.
