Introducing this five bedroom water front estate home that offers guests a stunning pool home and is just a short stroll across the street to Blind Pass where you can view world renowned sunsets! This luxury estate vacation home offers a large living room with an open ceiling to the 2nd level. and a spacious dining room features updated furnishings and seating for up to ten guests, The modern fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, large countertops and updates appliances. Enjoy not one but two expansive living rooms with views over the tropical grounds and Roosevelt channel. The second living room has a new 85 inch flat screen television with surround sound, large sectional sofa and a pool table. It also opens to views of the channel and lanai. The lower level features a large heated pool, hot-tub, seating area, grill, kayaks, and a spacious beautifully appointed outdoor living and entertaining area.
