About this home
Welcome to this magnificent 9-bedroom beachfront retreat in Destin, offering spacious luxury for up to thirty guests. The interior boasts an open-plan design, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a separate living area with its own kitchenette, providing easy access to the pool area. Outdoors, the balcony on the first floor overlooks the private resort-style swimming pool, which features plenty of comfortable sun loungers for relaxation. A gazebo houses an outdoor kitchen and a bar area, complete with a flat-screen TV, offering a fantastic spot to unwind. This property provides direct access to the beach, and pet inquiries are welcome.
Please note that guests won't have access to the property's golf cart, but our Guest Experience team can arrange one for an additional fee.
The nine bedrooms are spread across the ground, first, and second floors. The ground floor includes two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a bunk bed room with four queens, and another bunk bed room with four queens, sharing a bathroom. The first floor hosts a king bedroom with an ensuite bath and a queen bedroom with its own bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find three master king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and a final king bedroom with its ensuite bath.
The open-plan living area is tastefully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including flat-screen TVs. A separate living area provides additional space to relax and unwind. The outdoor pool area is a highlight, with a private pool and a balcony for lounging. Enjoy outdoor dining at the gazebo, complete with an outdoor kitchen and bar area.
This home offers air conditioning throughout and complimentary WiFi. Bedding and towels are included, and private parking can accommodate up to eight vehicles. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided from March 1st to October 31st. Please note that trailers, oversized vehicles, buses, RVs, or street parking are not allowed. Events and weddings can be arranged with an additional fee and necessary permits.
