About this home
Take in breathtaking oceanfront views from the downstairs patio and the upstairs balcony at this three-bedroom townhome, where you'll be a matter of steps from a boardwalk to the beach and a community swimming pool.
Leave your cars in the private, two-car garage and the two-car driveway and enter the house by way of the laundry room and kitchen. Inside, you'll be greeted by new floors and new paint throughout, premium cable service and WiFi, TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer. Spend your days on the first- and second-floor decks that span the full width of the house and your evenings curled up by the fireplace with electric logs.
The primary suite features a queen bed (with a newly replaced mattress) and a bathroom with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed and a full bathroom, while the second guest room offers two queen beds, a twin sofabed, and a full bathroom. There's also a half-bath downstairs by the kitchen.

- The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity card fee applies please check with your Emerald Kite agent.
