Enjoy the relaxed Florida lifestyle from this spacious ground-floor three-bedroom, two-bath condo, ideally suited for up to six guests and designed for a comfortable extended stay. With no stairs to navigate, a private outdoor terrace, and peaceful lake views surrounded by tropical landscaping, this bright retreat offers an inviting home base for beach days, golf outings, sightseeing, and relaxing in the sunshine. The gated resort-style community features beautifully landscaped grounds and an impressive selection of amenities for guests to enjoy.
The open-concept living area provides plenty of space to unwind, with comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, and a large TV. Sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and open directly to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake or relax with an evening beverage. The dining area seats four, while the fully equipped remodeled kitchen includes granite countertops, a dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and both full-size and small appliances, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners convenient.
Three well-appointed bedrooms are positioned for privacy throughout the condo. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, lake views, and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed, with a second full bathroom conveniently located nearby. Fresh bed linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels are provided. Additional conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and ample space for a comfortable longer stay. Guests also have access to the community's heated saltwater resort pool, spa, spacious sundeck, covered BBQ picnic area, clubhouse, game room with pool table, fully equipped fitness room, elevator, and onsite parking.
