This majestic town home is situated in the much sought after South Beach area of Sea Pines and boasts panoramic views of the ocean. This upscale property has large windows that frame the lush tropical landscaping, tall pine trees, and a dramatic view of the water from the living room, dining room, kitchen, Carolina Room, and each of the comfortable four bedrooms.

Guests will love the hardwood floors and coastal soothing color scheme. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and has a 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD. Refreshing light yellow walls create an uplifting environment. A sliding glass door leads to an elevated deck with a gas grill, metal table, and 4 tall swivel chairs. Two additional chairs and a drink table provide plenty of seating if you want to enjoy a meal outdoors.

The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and double sinks. A wonderful breakfast bar with 4 cushioned chairs is great for breakfast or a quick snack mid-afternoon. The dining room, which is adjacent to both the kitchen and the living area, has a wood rectangle table. Curl up with a good novel or just enjoy the scenery. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a king bed with a wrought-iron headboard, green and navy plaid bedspread, and a 19 inch flat screen TV. The bedroom is unique as it has windows on both sides of the room. Experience the joy of the gorgeous wooded view and let the ocean waves lull you to sleep at night! A hall bath, which is shared by this bedroom and the main living area, has a granite counter and shower only.

Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and the tastefully decorated master suite has a king bed and a 26 inch flat screen TV and a private balcony! The private bath provides granite counters with double sinks and a combination tub/shower.

There’s nothing better than being close to the beach! After a one minute stroll through the nice grass backyard, guests walk up 10 steps to an octagonal observation deck lined with benches. An outdoor shower is nearby. A sandy path through the dunes leads to the Atlantic Ocean.
