This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on Hilton Head Island is just a 5-minute stroll from the Atlantic Ocean, nestled along the beach path and featuring a private pool. Situated just inside the resort’s ocean gate, this residence offers two living areas, multiple decks with ample seating for outdoor dining, an open-concept floor plan, and a quintessential Lowcountry outdoor lifestyle. The main living area is on the second level, boasting wood flooring, a stylish and comfortably furnished space with a smart flat-screen TV, wet bar, and a dining table that seats eight. Please note, the fireplace is not available for guest use. The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space, includes an additional four barstools at the kitchen bar. On the main level, you’ll find two bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with two Adirondack chairs. Its private en-suite bathroom includes an oversized dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level offers a second living area with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a smart flat-screen TV. From here, you can access the pool area through sliding doors on one side and the beach path on the other. The third guest bedroom has full-size beds, a smart flat-screen TV, and shared access to the third bathroom, which is also accessible from the hall.
