About this home
This is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath elevated home in the middle of the Island, on a quiet street, with a short walk to the beach access paths. It has an open floor plan and a cottage style with a 65-inch flat screen tv in the living room, large bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy sun room and a nice screened in seating area on the back porch.
The first floor has a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom, a big kitchen with gas stove and wall oven, a laundry room, an open living area, a dining room that seats ten, a sunroom and a breakfast area that leads to the screened in porch where you can enjoy the warm breeze.
The second floor has the master bedroom with a king poster bed and a 55-inch flat screen tv, another bedroom with two queen beds and a spacious bathroom for both rooms to use, with a separate shower and garden tub. You can hear the ocean from the second floor deck or relax in the hammock on Island time.
This is a great home for families where the owners have made many Island memories and want their rental guests to do the same! Linens and WIFI are included along with a Gas grill.
