About this home
This rental is a wonderful renovated home that is a pure joy for family groups and golfers looking for a fabulous Resort Vacation! It offers you and your family three beautiful bedrooms with three full baths. To enjoy the lagoon view, this home features two large screen porches with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the beauty of the Island. Another huge advantage is its proximity to the Ocean Point Swimming Complex, which features not only a great swimming pool but one of the two community hot tubs.
Beach access is easy. Once on the beach, you will find plenty of sand and room to relax since access to this end of the island is only granted through the Ocean Point and Ocean Club private communities.
The interior is especially joyful after undergoing a complete renovation! Some of the highlights of the project include:
- All new living room, sitting room and dining room furniture
- 4 new Samsung flat screen TVs (Living room 55”, Master 55”, Guest 49”, and kids bunk room 32”)

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (8 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (9 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (18 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.
