About this home
This home is the perfect place to unwind from everyday life and experience a change in pace on Island time. Located four homes from the beach in a central location and featuring a private pool, it offers four brightly furnished bedrooms and three- and one-half bathrooms. Beach access is a breeze. Enjoy the private pool, fenced yard, sunroom, family room, multiple decks and beautiful décor that make it one of the best properties.
This gorgeous island home offers fabulous light, spacious floor plan and many upgrades! Living space is abundant! First you will find a beautifully decorated living room located on the main floor. Additional space is provided in the family room, which leads out to a bright sunroom surrounded with palm trees. The dining room is fantastic for formal or casual dining. Finally, the kitchen is perfect for the entertaining chef with stainless steel appliances and new white quartz counter tops and backsplash. A professional decorator designed the living room as well as many other aspects of the home.
This home is perfect for a family or couples traveling together! Two master suites each have a private bath. The lower-level master bathroom was recently renovated with an all-new large walk-in shower and new vanity. There are two guest bedrooms that feature two twin beds and share a full bath. A half bath is also featured on the main floor. The exterior of this home is well maintained and offers a terrific back yard. The private pool is outstanding! Loungers surround the private pool. Watching the kids in the pool is a blast from the elevated deck located off the living room.
