This beautifully renovated two-story luxury vacation villa comes with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 spa quality bathrooms located in a posh, updated gated community on the Big Island of Hawai'i. This community is situated close to beaches, snorkeling, surfing, restaurants, theaters, and shopping. The main living room on the upper level is sunken with 2 steps down to a comfortable and elegant seating area with mesmerizing ocean views. The upper level is flowingly spacious, with Acacia-inspired flooring throughout the main living room which offers two large sofas, the large kitchen with breakfast banquette, the dining room, and southernly primary bedroom, which has its own primary bath. The dining room offers wide ocean views, allowing you to enjoy your meal and the scenery. All along the upper level is a striking extended tiled lanai that runs the length of the house, and enjoys incredible unobstructed ocean views with its chic all-glass see-through railings. The primary bedroom on this upper level has a California King bed with a 65-inch HD TV, a large bathroom, including a shower and a separate tub, as well as private sliding glass doors that lead to the upstairs lanai. The upper level also has an entry that allows you to park in the cul-de-sac above the property and take a flight of steps down to the small porch and entry door. From the upper level you have a long, curved, graceful stairway down to the pool level of the house. The highlight of the lower level of this home is an additional family room we call The Ocean Room, with a second 65-inch HD TV and an adjacent wet bar for your convenience, as well as passage to the refreshing pool. The lower level also possesses 3 more extensive bedrooms for your luxury, and an adjacent a laundry room for convenience. Guests love the extravagant pool and plunge pool. While relaxing in the pool or even while soaking up the sun on the pool deck, you will most definitely adore an astonishing view that overlooks stunning Kailua-Kona. We especially enjoy tracking boats, spying seasonal whales, and absorbing magnificent sunsets. The 2nd primary bedroom suite is Poolside South, and has a King bed as well as its own bathroom with bath tub. There are glass sliding doors that will lead you right out from the bedroom to the pool, and offer wonderful coastal views. We prefer them to those on the 32-inch TV, but understand if you want to unwind at the end of the day. The 3rd (Patio North) bedroom is furnished with two Queen beds but it also has its own bathroom with a combined shower and tub. This room features a 42-inch TV, but you may instead prefer going out sliding glass door that leads to a private garden area where you can enjoy flowers, greenery, and calm mountain breezes. In the 4th bedroom is Poolside North where you will enjoy a California King bed and a sliding door that takes you right to the pool. Along with having a vast amount of open space in this room, you will also have an amazingly beautiful view of the ocean as well as the sunset during the evenings. This 4th bedroom has a 32-inch TV, and is adjacent access to a bathroom, which includes a toilet and shower separate from a double vanity. The driveway to this home climbs from below up a steep hill to the garage door. The normal entry is through the garage to enable the majority of guests staying on the lower level to take their luggage easily to their rooms. From the garage, one can enter the living room or the laundry area of the lower level, which has a washer, dryer, and utility sink. The parking cul-de-sac above the house is restricted to day use only, as cars are not allowed to stay there or on any of the gated community streets overnight.
