Presenting this beautiful four bedroom luxury vacation home with a vantage point over the sparkling Pacific Ocean. This one-of-a-kind oceanfront oasis is one of the Kona coast's finest of residences. Quite simply the home has been constructed to frame the magnificent ocean setting - A popular two-story luxury vacation home with the ocean as your backyard.
Magnificent Magic Sands Beach is a short distance away where you can enjoy world class surf and surfing. The first floor of the home opens to a spacious living room and kitchen area that offers plenty of room for groups and families to relax and enjoy the sights of sounds of the ocean. A full laundry room and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed complete the lower floor. An indoor fishpond accents the bottom of the staircase to the upstairs.
The second floor has three bedrooms, each one with jaw dropping views of the Pacific, as well as a lanai. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed and has a plush king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as private access to the lanai. The middle bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed (upon request) and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.
