About this home
Presenting a majestic newly remodeled multi-level 6,352 square foot gated estate. When renting the entire Villa, guests have exclusive access to four condominium suites that can accommodate a total of 32 guests. Ideal for large groups such as retreats and weddings for guests registered and staying on the property. Guests have exclusive use of the property’s heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, yoga studio and common areas.
The Penthouse – 4 bedrooms/7 baths – Sleeps 16: Our luxurious two level penthouse is located at the top of a grand staircase on the second level. Two additional loft spaces share a bathroom on the upper level.
Apartment One – 2 bedrooms/2 baths with Family Room and Bonus Bathroom – Sleeps 6: A cozy condominium suite located on the ground floor with a private garden view lanai. Apartment One and Two have identical floor plans.
Apartment Two – 2 bedrooms/2 baths with Family Room and Bonus Bathroom – Sleeps 6: An end-unit located next to the pool and Jacuzzi. Apartment Two and One identical floor plans.
Apartment Three – 2 bedrooms/2 baths with Queen size memory foam sofa sleeper – Sleeps 6: A spacious two bedroom, two bath end-unit located on the ground floor.
Four twin size rollaway beds are available for an additional $75 per night per person plus tax to achieve the maximum occupancy of 36 guests.
