This expansive 5-bedroom, 5 ½-bath home comfortably accommodates 10 guests, perfect for a family getaway or providing private workspaces and open meeting areas for business groups. The pool-facing side of the great room showcases a full-wall six-segment sliding glass door, seamlessly integrating the interior with the spacious covered lanai. Overlooking the 51-foot private heated pool and hot tub, the lanai boasts expansive Ipe sun decks, a fire pit, a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor smart TV. Enjoy lounging, sunbathing, and stargazing under the Hawaiian sky. The great room features a gourmet kitchen with an adjacent butler pantry, a sprawling island, a dining area, and comfortable seating areas complemented by a 75-inch smart TV for group entertainment. Modern amenities include a Miele six-burner chef's stove, full-size refrigerator and freezer, dual dishwashers, a floor-to-ceiling wine cooler, built-in Miele coffee/espresso maker, and ample cabinetry with quartz countertops. Each of the five en-suite bedrooms offers a walk-in closet, separate A/C controls, a ceiling fan, motorized privacy shades, a smart TV, and a private lanai with an outdoor shower enclosed by lava-rock walls. The fifth bedroom, separate from the main house, serves as a perfect ohana with a wet bar, mini refrigerator, and coffee station. The primary master bedroom features a king bed, while the additional four bedrooms offer queen beds. Additionally, the house includes a blow-up queen-sized bed to accommodate two extra guests, totaling up to 12. Guests of this estate have exclusive access to the Ocean Club, perched above the ocean, featuring an infinity pool, spa, breathtaking views of Maui and the Kohala coast, cabanas, barbecues, restrooms, and a whale-watching deck. Complimentary access is also provided to the club directly across from the home, offering a well-equipped fitness center, locker rooms, a lagoon pool, and a spacious meeting room styled like a living room.
