It provides a blend of togetherness and private downtime with a private lanai, pool, hot tub, mini-gym, and unobstructed views of Mauna Kea and even Maui across the Pacific Ocean on a clear day. Inside, the bright and sunny space features stunning furnishings and décor that invite comfortable conversation. The spacious lanai and pool are perfect for relaxing, sunning, and swimming. The gourmet kitchen includes an island, gas range, hood, and French door refrigerator. You can prepare fresh local specialties with groceries you buy locally or have pre-ordered and waiting for you upon arrival. The kitchen even has a Coravin wine system, allowing you to draw single glasses of wine from multiple bottles without removing the corks.

Swim laps in the full-size pool, whose blue water contrasts beautifully with the island’s warm natural landscape. Enjoy rich, world-famous Kona coffee or evening cocktails on the lanai seating and dining areas. Stargaze while soaking in the bubbling hot tub, or push a button for vibrant pool lights, all powered by our green, eco-friendly Tesla Power Wall Battery pack and solar.

The master bedroom is steps from the pool, spa, and lounging area, complete with a double vanity, marble shower, and outdoor lava rock changing area. A second bedroom has its own private entrance at the front of the house. The third bedroom has direct access to the lanai, pool, and peak views, as well as its own changing alcove. The fourth bedroom is within the home, while the suite serves as a fifth bedroom with its own entrance, bath, and seating area. The suite, with private access from the driveway, offers both seclusion and a special peek of the ocean across the lava field.
