Set above the Kona-Kohala coast, this four-bedroom Kailua-Kona villa brings together ocean views, graceful island architecture, and easy indoor-outdoor living. Designed for up to eight guests, the home centers around a private infinity-edge pool, spa, expansive lanai, and comfortable gathering spaces that make it well suited for families or friends traveling together.
The great room opens through floor-to-ceiling pocket doors, connecting the living area, dining space, lanai, and pool terrace in one relaxed flow. Vaulted ceilings, plush seating, and refined finishes create a calm setting for morning coffee, afternoon downtime, or evenings after a day exploring the coast. A dedicated media room adds another comfortable place to unwind with a movie or quiet conversation.
The kitchen is prepared for easy island meals, with granite countertops, top-tier appliances, dual sinks, generous prep space, and a central island that naturally draws guests together.
