We have been warmly welcoming visitors to our area for over two decades, continuously enhancing our reputation as the area's premier accommodation provider. Our goal is simple: To ensure that you enjoy a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience, and hopefully return year after year. When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! This Island Style Beach Hosted Property, with two separate dwellings, is located on the Kohala Gold Coast of the Big Island. The main residence, where guests stay, offers air conditioning throughout this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home situated on nearly 2 acres, perched on a hill with sweeping panoramic views of the blue Pacific Ocean. The second dwelling is where the host resides. Highlights: New Infinity Edge Pool, Spa, Bull 5-burner propane BBQ, and Fire Pit with an enlarged luxurious lanai area. Gorgeous, unobstructed ocean and mountain views. New folding doors to the pool and a 15x15 shade gazebo with a shade cover lounger. Caretaker on the property for assistance. In the winter months, the Humpback Whales arrive, visible from all windows and the pool deck. Enjoy the view through our Gosky 20-60x80 spotting telescope with a tripod and phone holder for capturing great pictures. Relax on the pool deck and listen to the warm trade winds blowing through the beautiful coconut trees. There are over 70 coconut trees and 36 other palms plus flowering tropical trees, creating a paradise atmosphere. Relax on the deck under the palm trees with your favorite beverage. The main home features an open layout with a living room equipped with a large 80” HD Television, perfect for relaxing, playing games, or listening to music on the Bose Surround Sound System. Prepare meals on the 5-burner glass stovetop in the large, fully stocked kitchen with a separate stand-up refrigerator and freezer, built-in oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and tea station. For your convenience, wash dishes in the super quiet Bosch dishwasher. For entertainment, we've added the latest Xbox gaming console, the Xbox One X, with access to the Xbox Game Pass service offering up to 100 different games each month. There is a great mix of games for kids, adults, and the entire family. The main residence offers two Master Suites. The Main Suite has a California King Tempurpedic Bed, a seating area, 55" HDTV, and a full double-headed shower with a 2-sink master bathroom. The second Suite has a Queen Sized Bed, desk, and a combo Jetted Tub and Shower. The third bedroom has peek-a-boo ocean views, a Queen Bed, desk/vanity, and a large closet. The fourth bedroom offers two Twin Beds and can act as an office with a large desk for computer work and WiFi internet connections. Please note - The owner lives in the second building on the property, in a cottage in the back, and will remain out of the way of the guests staying in the main house. Nearby Attractions: Hapuna Beach State Park, Hawaii Island’s largest white sand beach, and Mauna Kea Beach and Spencer Beach are less than 10 minutes away. Indulge in Hawaii Regional Cuisine or recharge at some of the Island’s best spas at any of the 8 resorts along the coast within a 20-minute drive.
