The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, flat screen TV and ceiling fan to keep you cool. Both of these rooms also feature luxury bedding and peaceful shades of the sand and sea assure you sweet California dreams. The main bath has a shower and plenty of hotel quality towels. There is an laundry room located just off the kitchen for your convenience with washer and dryer and access to the back yard. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. 2 dogs may be considered upon request however other animals are allowed without specific written approval.
