Upon entering, you'll be welcomed into a spacious great room featuring a cozy living area with a large sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The modern, well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and everything you need for culinary adventures, including a dining nook for 2-4 with a partial ocean view. For larger gatherings, a dining area that comfortably seats 6 invites you to enjoy delicious meals together. The condo features three lovely bedrooms: two furnished with king beds and a third with a queen bed. Guests will find a shared full bath complete with a shower/tub combination, complemented by a second shared bath with a spacious walk-in shower. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with all bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with premium linens to ensure your utmost comfort. Additional features include Wi-Fi and cable for your convenience. Please note that only street parking is available for this unit. All shared spaces, including BBQ areas, patios, and laundry facilities, are communal. - No smoking is permitted in any of our properties. - A Pack 'n Play is available for rent—please contact our office for details. - Due to the moderate coastal climate, this property, like most in the area, does not have air conditioning. - Pet-Friendly (additional fees apply)—one pet under 20 pounds allowed due to shared spaces. All pets must remain leashed and supervised while outside the apartment unit. - Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is intended for peaceful groups. Our rental agreement includes a strict no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, with deposit forfeitures and/or evictions enforced.
