This vacation home is located in the heart of La Jolla Shores, simply cross the street and you are at La Jolla Shores beach known for its wide sandy beaches, shallow waters, and gentle waves. After a day at the beach, you can rinse off in the full shower found in the garage for your convenience. Entering the home you are welcomed into the informal dining area with seating for 6 set beside the bay window overlooking the beach. The property has been beautifully kept and the kitchen is a gourmet cook delight. The sprawling living room has a large-screen TV, lots of comfy seating, and access to the back and side gardens. The back garden is ideal for relaxing with a coffee in the sun or sneaking away to read quietly away from the beach. On the ground floor, there is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed opening onto a red-bricked patio with a table and chairs. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual basins. The bedroom has a smart TV. The second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a smart TV, and lots of closet space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower also. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms including the master suite with ocean views. The master bedroom also has a King-size bed, smart TV, and a very large ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, large vanity with dual basins. The other 2 guest bedrooms upstairs both have king-size beds, smart TVs, and lots of closet space. Both of the guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms with walk-in showers. The sitting room upstairs overlooking the beach is the piece de resistance of the home. Featuring a wet bar, sofas, dining table, and a fabulous patio with comfortable conversation pieces, this will be a favorite spot for sure.
