The 1st floor or basement level has 2 queen bedrooms – with a TV and a comfortable seating nook. There is also a shared full bath on this floor and a full-size refrigerator. The main, second level has a great room with a living room that has a beautiful Tuscan style seating cluster, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. A lovely private backyard courtyard with an outside fire and fountain is easily accessed from the living room. A dining room for 6 accompanies the living room, as does a beautiful modern kitchen with everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. There is also a half bath on this floor. The third level has a master queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, plus 2 additional queen bedrooms that share a hallway bath. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of quality linens for your comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds. Additional amenities include air conditioning, 1 steep driveway parking space, and limited street parking. There is also a washer/dryer for your use and WIFI and cable are provided.
