It's perfect for large groups to spend their days enjoying the home's many unique features, including a fun rooftop balcony that's great for admiring La Jolla's epic sunsets from basket chairs, drink in hand. A full kitchen and dining room open out to yet another dreamy outdoor space on the lower level. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. •This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. •The property next door is undergoing a complete rebuild. While there is no timeline for completion, guests should expect some noise during the day. •Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. •Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. •While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. •No events are allowed unless pre-approved. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. •All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
