•Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.

•Only the 2nd floor of the home has A/C but there is heating throughout.

•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

•This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.

•The property next door is undergoing a complete rebuild. While there is no timeline for completion, guests should expect some noise during the day.

•Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.

•Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.

•While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.

•No events are allowed unless pre-approved. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.

•All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
