Located just a short drive to Pacific Beach and La Jolla, with its many beautiful and varied beaches. The villas main level is where you will find the beautiful great room with a chic living room that is accompanied by an inside dining area for 10 and a beautiful modern kitchen that has all the amenities and appliances you need to satisfy your culinary desires, including 4 high-top chairs at the kitchen island for breakfast or snacks. The inside dining room opens up to an outside dining area for 8. There is also a barbecue to make meal-making easy when it needs to be. There is a king guest bedroom and a half-bath on the main floor. Beyond the dining area, there are stairs to the 3rd floor which offers a guest bedroom loft with 2 twin beds and an ensuite bath. This home sleeps 10 in beds with a 12 person maximum. There are 4.5 baths in total and all beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. The lower level of this home has a family/game room that opens to the outdoor oasis. The family room has a large flat-screen TV and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy the beautiful view of the backyard, as well as the sweeping mountain views.
