Welcome travelers! This stunning 3,500 square foot single-story home in the coveted TigerTail Beach neighborhood offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Situated at the end of a canal, it boasts beautiful long water views.
The U-shaped design of the house is ideal for two families or groups, with separate wings for privacy. Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom also has a king-sized bed and shares a double sink bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which is equipped with bunk beds—a queen bed on the bottom, a twin XL on top, and a twin trundle.
This house is packed with fun amenities. Enjoy an outdoor ping pong table by the pool and hot tub, a fire pit dining table for late-night gatherings by the water, and four Italian-made lounge chairs for sunbathing. There's also a cozy hammock for two, a basketball hoop, a bags game, and a variety of board games, card games, and puzzles for family fun nights.
