Welcome to this charming Old Naples retreat just steps from the beach and a short walk to the 3rd Street shopping and dining district. This vintage home, recently remodeled in 2023, seamlessly blends its 1955 charm with modern updates. Natural light floods the space, from the clerestory windows to the sunken living room and detached guest house.
The main house offers spacious living areas, including a great room overlooking the backyard and a cozy reading/relaxation nook by the front porch. The dining area provides a view of the pool and covered patio, while the well-equipped kitchen features ample prep space and a second refrigerator for convenience.
Step into the backyard oasis to enjoy al fresco dining, lounging by the heated pool, and firing up the gas grill. After a day of shopping, beachcombing, or dining, retire to the primary or guest bedrooms thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides of the home. The primary suite boasts a king bed, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and a custom walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and shared access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
For extra guests or added privacy, the detached guest suite comes furnished with a king-sized bed and its own full bath. The owner prefers a 3-month tenant and may consider well-behaved pets. Please note that the garage is not available for tenant use, but the driveway provides ample parking space for your convenience.
