The outdoor living area is furnished with a dining table and lounge sofas and connects to the partially covered plunge pool/hot tub, paddling pool, and uncovered sun deck with a firepit - all completely enclosed with lush landscaping and private for your use only. From there, enter the ground floor entry area of the townhouse where you will find stairs and an elevator leading up to the main floor. The chef’s kitchen opens to the living room and dining room and has a French door out to a private balcony furnished with a conversation set - the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the balmy gulf breeze!
