Enjoy this contemporary, modern home that features an open and flowing floor plan. As you enter the home, the living room is decorated with a sectional sofa, accent chair, and a flat-screen tv. The living room opens to the kitchen which is the centerpiece of the home.

The kitchen is stunning and features a breakfast bar with stools, an enlarged island with stools and a GAS top stove (yes, gas!), stainless steel appliances, and comes fully equipped with everything you need to dine in. The kitchen is topped off with custom cabinetry and granite countertops! The kitchen flows right to the dining room area which is furnished with a table for 6 and built-in cabinetry complete with a wine rack and French doors leading to the amazing pool / outdoor area.

The outdoor area is amazing with an oversized screened-in salt-water heated pool with multiple seating areas. Enjoy dining alfresco with an umbrella table and Weber gas grill or take a nap in a chaise lounger. Step outside the screened-in area and follow the stone path to the Serenity Garden; a beautiful seating area surrounded by a lush garden adorned at night with café lighting. The backyard is completely fenced in for the utmost privacy!

The master bedroom is a luxury suite decorated with a king-size bed, flat-screen tv, a double-sided gas fireplace, and private access to the pool area. The master bathroom is luxurious with a jetted whirlpool tub overlooking the opposite side of the gas fireplace, a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead coming from the ceiling and massaging sprays, and dual sinks. The guest rooms are located down the hall with one guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed and flat-screen tv. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa and desk, perfect for working from home. Each bedroom is well equipped with all linens complete with sheets, blankets, & pillows. The two guest rooms share a hall bath that is equipped with a walk-in shower and all towels, hand towels, & washcloths are provided.
