Welcome to this stunning Gulf-front 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome that sleeps up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the first guest room offers a queen bed with Gulf views, and the second guest room has two twin beds.
This beautifully decorated townhome is the perfect spot for your beach vacation, with three Gulf-facing decks, including a tiki bar! The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering with family and friends. Relax in the upscale living room, complete with a plush leather sectional and large flatscreen TV. Two large sliding doors lead to a spacious deck with loungers, an outdoor dining table, and stunning Gulf views.
The bright kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and the cheerful breakfast nook provides lovely views of Santa Rosa Sound. With plenty of seating, including a small dining table and bar stools, everyone can enjoy meals together.
Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms and a convenient laundry room. The first guest room features twin beds and views of the Sound, while the second guest room boasts a queen bed, Gulf views, and access to a private balcony. The master bedroom includes a king bed, Gulf views, and an ensuite bath with a separate vanity area for added privacy.
The outdoor areas are just as impressive. Step down from the main deck to a smaller sun deck, and then continue down to a lower deck with seating areas around a fire pit and a cozy dining spot. The tiki bar, with its tropical décor and fun lighting, is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail and the cool Gulf breezes.
