Our goal is simple: To ensure that you enjoy a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience, and hopefully return year after year. When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! This Gulf-front townhome offers stunning views of the Emerald Green waters and will instantly put you in vacation mode. The main floor features an open layout, perfect for dining, playing games, or relaxing while watching dolphins and pelicans from the full wall of sliding glass doors. All-new flooring and decks add to the home's fresh and modern feel. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, a large pantry, and a sunny breakfast nook where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the water. A full bath with a walk-in shower is conveniently located down the hall. Every room in the home has a view, and getting to the beach is easy with the nearby beach walk-over. The Gulf-front deck has a shaded dining area and a sun deck for lounging, just steps from the water. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private Gulf-front balcony, and an en suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed with sound views, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and its own Gulf-front balcony. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. A full laundry room is also located on this floor. Head down to the ground floor for a relaxing drink at the beachside bar, complete with seating, a firepit, and an outdoor shower. The home also has driveway parking for four, a gas grill, and even a kayak and paddleboard for your use. Small pets are welcome with the owner's permission, but note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf Beach. Smoking is prohibited, and no events are allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25.
