Overlooking the stunning Santa Rosa Sound and just a short two-block walk to the beach, this rental promises a relaxing and memorable stay, comfortably accommodating your group of 13.
Designed for optimal water views, the living space is located on the top floor. The expansive living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliders that open to a large deck with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The deck boasts an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill, built-in fridge, ample counter space, a built-in island with seating for 5-6, and comfortable new deck furniture.
Inside, the chef’s dream kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry, countertops, a separate beverage fridge, and an ice maker. A breakfast bar seats 5, while an expandable farmhouse table accommodates an additional 6. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, providing extra sleeping space for 2.
On this same floor, you’ll find a king-sized bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a convenient half bath.
One flight down are three more bedrooms. The king-sized primary suite offers beautiful sound views and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower. This floor also includes another king-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. These bedrooms share a jack and jill bath with a tub/shower combo.
