Inside is a chef's dream kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high end cabinety, countertops and a separate beverage fridge and ice maker. There is a breakfast bar that seats 5 as well as an expandable farm house table which seats an additional 6. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room, sleeping an additional 2. On the other side of this floor is a king sized bedroom , a queen bedroom, full bath with tub/shower combo and a convenient half bath. Down one flight are the additional 3 bedrooms. One is the king sized primary with beautiful sound views and en suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower. Sharing this floor is another king- sized bedroom, and another with a queen and a twin. There is a jack n jill bath with tub/shower combo between them. All bedrooms on this floor have flat screen TV's and access to another huge deck. Completing this floor is a full laundry with washer/dryer. On the ground floor is a bonus hang out area in the garage complete with a TV and seating area. This level also has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of beaching and shelling. Set up the cornhole boards in the garage or the backyard and start a tournament! Driveway parking for 6 cars. There is no street parking. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
