Welcome to this private villa located in the heart of Rancho Mirage. Set on over an acre of land, this 8000 square foot home with 6 En-Suite bedrooms, this home has the upscale spaces and privacy our guests are looking for. From the swim-up saltwater pool and spa, with waterfall and rock features, to the outdoor kitchen, large lawn, and gorgeous sunsets behind the mountains, this outdoor experience is truly one of the best in the desert.
With 2100 square feet of covered outdoor space, you can spend your days and nights outside enjoying the beautiful desert weather. The backyard is incredibly spacious surrounded by stone accents, palm trees, and lush landscaping, located on a completely private acre. The saltwater pool has 4 swim-up bar seats, tanning shelf, and is adjacent to the large, covered cabana, with additional seating, barstools, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace. Take in a soak and the panoramic views from the jacuzzi spa. The massive lawn provides plenty of space for your favorite sport or to just let the little ones run around.
The formal entry greets you with floor to ceiling glass window-walls overlooking the pool and gorgeous mountain views. A piano separates the formal dining room from the formal living room. The formal living room features an oversized sofa and chair with a gas fireplace and patio access. The formal dining room has cushioned seating for 10 with a large dining table.
The gourmet kitchen has stunning wood paneling, with slab granite countertops and a large center island that is sure to provide space for everyone to create an amazing meal together. Kitchen appliances include a Wolf gas range with 6 burners, ovens, dishwasher, and individual oversized fridge and freezer. The step-down wet bar has seating for 3 on barstools. The kitchen bar has seating for 3 at the island and the casual dining area beside seats 6. The family room is just off the kitchen with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and large 60" HDTV. A half bath is located just off the dining room.
The theatre room is ready for relaxation with a projector screen, surround sound, movie theatre style recliners for 8 guests, and a popcorn maker. There is a separate study with a gas fireplace for those who might need to do a little business while away.
