This stunning ski-in/ski-out home is situated in the prestigious Silver Lake area of Deer Valley. Boasting luxurious features throughout, privacy, and breathtaking views! The lodge-style residence is by far one of the most desirable properties in the area. Conveniently located near the 'Silver Lake Access Trail offering easy access to the ski runs. With three beautifully appointed master suites and two deluxe bunk rooms, this home can comfortably sleep 16-19 guests.
The home spans 5000 square feet of luxurious yet understated elegance. Three levels of living space are home to the impressive main level featuring the living room, kitchen, dining areas, and two-bedroom suites. The top level boasts two additional spacious master suites and a loft area with a sofa sleeper. On the lower garage level, you'll find a bunk bedroom and a convenient boot room.
Plush leather sofas surround the roaring fire. Sonos speaker system makes this a great place to relax after a long day on the mountain.
The chef's kitchen is located on the main level and equipped with high-quality stainless appliances, including a new Wolf gas cooktop on a granite island. There are two refrigerators, two ovens, plenty of cookware, lots of dishes, and kitchen accessories - everything you need to cook for a large group. A Webber grill is located just outside the kitchen.
