You’ll enter this home through the ski room, where you can also store all of your equipment. Take a few steps down to the main level living area, where you will find the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. This great room has hardwood floors throughout, along with banks of floor-to-ceiling windows that will bring in the surrounding views.

Living Room: Comfortable mountain contemporary style furnishings, a cozy wood fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling rock face, and a mountain-cabin ambiance.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen space features Viking stainless steel appliances including a six-burner range and double ovens. There are also granite counters and a large center island complete with seating for four. Take advantage of the desk area that makes meal planning a breeze. Step out onto the adjacent side deck where you will find a natural gas BBQ so you can have wonderful outdoor grilled favorites.

Dining Room: The dining area offers a large dining table that can seat up to 16 guests.

Grand master bedroom (main level) - King bed, 50” Samsung Smart TV with Fire Stick, Blu-Ray player, floor to ceiling windows, cozy fireplace. The private bath offers a water closet, a soothing jetted tub, separate slate tile shower, double sinks with make-up area. Enjoy the views from the adjacent deck.

Master bedroom 2 (lower level) - Queen bed, 50” Samsung Smart TV, private bath with dual sinks, tub/shower combo. Enjoy the surrounding views of Deer Valley.

Bedroom 3 (lower level) - Queen bed, desk, resort views, access to Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (lower level) - Two twin beds, desk, and access to Jack-n-Jill bath

Bedroom 5 - Twin over twin bunk beds, access to Jack-n-Jill bath

Mother-in-law suite (over garage) - Queen bed, private deck, private bath with double sinks, separate jetted tub/shower combo. This suite also offers a living room with queen sofa sleeper, 50” Samsung smart TV. The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, two--burner stove top and sink, along with a dining area.

Additional three-quarter bath off main living area with a tub

Lower level family/bonus room – Offering a sectional queen sofa sleeper, 65” Samsung Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, wet bar with mini fridge. Step out onto the covered patio and enjoy the six to eight-person hot tub, and of course, the views!

Loft (upper level) — This is a cozy workspace with a desk, monitor/keyboard and printer, along with some comfy furnishings. It’s a great space if you need to catch up on some work!

Laundry area: Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room.
