Positano Italy vacations, sleeps 8 guests. This is a characteristic four-story villa created inside an ancient watch tower. You will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Positano. The Villa is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden and winter heating.
The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.
The garden is partly shaded by an ancient porch made of stone. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
The first living room is paved with hand-made terracotta tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined. They include a long sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace decorated with age-old majolica tiles. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the sea and of Positano through a double-glazed French door. The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the sea.
The dining room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. There is an age-old fireplace. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The kitchen has two double-glazed windows.
