Positano Italy two-story private villa with a vantage point looking out to the sea. This luxury, classic villa will accommodate up to eight guests. This is one of the few villas in Positano with air conditioning so the home gets booked up early during the summer season. This particular Positano villa enjoys both a central location yet tucked away to ensure privacy and quiet. The nearest beach is a mere 550 yards away and this home has only 12 steps from street level.
The spacious and bright living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishing includes some antique pieces and comfortable seating. The dining table can accommodate eight guests however past guests tend to dine outside on the Patio and cooks can be arranged to prepare delicious Italian dinners.
